# How the free trial works

Every new account gets a **14-day free trial** with full access to the
product. No credit card required to start.

## What's included

- All FTL product types
- Unlimited lots and CTEs
- Sortable Spreadsheet export
- Email support

## When the trial ends

You'll see a countdown banner inside the dashboard during the last few
days. After the trial:

- Your data stays — nothing is deleted.
- You'll need to pick a plan to keep recording new lots.

sort it out. We don't have a self-serve billing portal yet — for now,
billing changes go through us directly.
