Getting started
Create your first lot
Step-by-step: how to create your first FSMA 204 traceability lot in FSMA204Hub, log supplier KDEs, and link lots into a finished production batch.
This guide assumes you've already signed up for the free 14-day trial. If you haven't, start at the trial signup.
1. Open the dashboard
After signing in you'll land on /app. The first card prompts you to
create a lot.
2. Fill in the lot details
You'll need:
- A product (or create one inline)
- A traceability lot code (TLC) — your internal code, e.g.
RG-20260501-01 - The date the lot was created or received
- Quantity and unit
3. Save and continue
Once saved, the lot becomes the anchor for any Critical Tracking Events (receiving, transformation, shipping) you log against it.
Stuck? Email [email protected] with a screenshot and we'll respond within one business day.
