I can't sign in

Common reasons you can't sign in to FSMA204Hub (wrong email, expired magic link, blocked browser, paused account) and the fastest fix for each one.

Most sign-in problems fall into one of three buckets.

You never received the verification email

Verification emails come from Clerk on our behalf. Check:

  • Spam / junk folder
  • Promotions tab (Gmail)
  • That the email address you typed is correct (typos are common)

If it's still not there after 5 minutes, request a new code from the sign-in screen.

"Account not found"

You may have signed up with a different email. Try other addresses you commonly use. If you still can't find it, email [email protected] from the address you think you used and we'll look it up.

Stuck in a loop after verification

Hard-refresh (Cmd+Shift+R on Mac, Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows). If that doesn't fix it, clear cookies for fsma204hub.com and try again.
