About
FSMA 204 traceability, built for the producers actually doing the work.
FSMA204Hub is lot-traceability software for small food producers, co-packers, and distributors. We turn FDA FSMA 204 from a compliance headache into a retailer-ready trace you can hand over in one click.
Why we built this
Small food producers are caught in the middle. Whole Foods, Sprouts, and independent grocers are already asking vendors for FSMA-style traceability data, regardless of whether the FDA pushes its compliance date. Enterprise QMS platforms are priced for multinationals and ship with three-month implementations. Excel spreadsheets do not produce a Traceability Lot Code or stand up to a 24-hour recall request.
FSMA204Hub fills that gap. You log supplier lots with the seven Key Data Elements FSMA 204 requires, link them into production batches, and the system generates a retailer-ready trace on demand. Setup takes under 30 minutes for a single-product producer.
Who builds FSMA204Hub
FSMA204Hub is a product of Darza Technologies LLC, a Wyoming-registered software company. The team is small and shipping product directly with customers, no middle layer.

What we believe
- Compliance is a side effect of clean operational data. If your lots, batches, and shipments are tracked properly, FSMA 204 is a report, not a project.
- Retailers move faster than regulators. The real deadline is the next vendor questionnaire, not the FDA enforcement date.
- Small producers deserve good software. Tools built for plant managers at multinationals do not work in a co-packer kitchen. Ours does.
